2. User Roles & Eligibility

Our directory is available to two types of users:

  By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

3. Listing Fees & Payment Terms

• Contractors may list their services for free for 7 days. After this period, a paid subscription is required to maintain their listing.

• Payments must be made in full before a listing is activated or renewed.

• No Refund Policy: All payments made for listings are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

4. Content Guidelines

To maintain the quality and integrity of our directory, contractors must adhere to the following guidelines when submitting a listing:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about their services.

• No misleading claims, false advertising, or deceptive practices.

• No offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

• No duplicate or spammy listings.

• No use of copyrighted material without permission. Localeadr reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these guidelines.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Localeadr acts only as a directory connecting homeowners and contractors. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by contractors. Homeowners agree to conduct their own due diligence before hiring any contractor. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from transactions between homeowners and contractors.

6. Termination of Listings

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any contractor listing without prior notice if we determine that:

• The listing contains false or misleading information.

• The contractor is engaged in fraudulent or unethical business practices.

• The contractor violates our Content Guidelines or any other policy stated in these Terms.

• Any other reason deemed necessary to maintain the quality of our directory.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website are the property of Localeadr or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from our site without prior written consent.
